Payment Methods

You can complete your purchases from www.crossoverbrand.com using the following methods:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pay for your order upon delivery, at your location. Payment is made by the customer to the courier upon delivery. This method is available throughout Greece, as long as both the actual and volumetric weight of the shipment are under 6kg. This method incurs a small additional COD fee from the courier, which is listed in the shopping cart and amounts to €2.

2. Bank Deposit or Web Banking Transfer

Pay the value of your order in cash at one of our partner banks. Please include your Order Number as the reference in the transaction details.

If you do not complete the bank deposit within 10 days, your order will be automatically cancelled.

3. Card Payment (Credit or Debit Card)

Settle your order using credit, debit, or prepaid cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

To ensure the highest security for online transactions, card payments are processed through the Stripe payment platform with TLS 1.2 encryption and 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Encryption ensures that information is encoded until it reaches the designated recipient, who can decode it with the appropriate key.

Payment process:
When placing your order, select “Pay by Card” as your payment method. After submitting your order, you'll be redirected to your bank’s secure environment.
Fill in the required fields and click “Pay”. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with all your order details.

4. PayPal

You can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, Diners, or American Express cards through PayPal. For added security, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure environment to complete your purchase.

Your credit card details are never stored by our company under any circumstances. Your transaction is fully secured and supported by PayPal Inc.

5. Gift Card

You can pay for your order using a gift card by entering the code found on the card in the appropriate field.
If the order amount exceeds the gift card value, the balance will be deducted and you can choose your preferred payment method for the remaining amount.
