Returns & Exchanges Policy

🕒 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations on distance selling.
Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • has not been worn or used

  • has not been washed

  • is returned in its original packaging and condition

🎽 Size Exchange

The first size exchange is offered free of charge to Crossover Club members (customers who completed their order via registered account).
For non-registered users (guest checkout), the cost for size exchange is €4 for Greece , and according to country/place/weight for other countries

💶 Product Return & Refund

  • Free return for Crossover Club members

  • €4 return fee for non-members

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved by our team.

🚚 How to request a return or exchange

  1. Contact us at info@crossoverbrand.com or fill out our returns form.

  2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back.

  3. We use our partnered courier service to ensure safe and traceable returns.

⚠️ Important Information

  • Products with custom prints (made on request) cannot be returned.

  • Accessories (e.g. socks, bottles, balls) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
