How can I receive my order?
Pickup from our physical store
You can collect your order once you've been notified (via email and/or SMS) that it is ready, from our headquarters located at Laskaratos 11A, Pylaia, Thessaloniki.

Via express delivery
Your parcel will be delivered to your location within 1–2 business days from the shipping date via our partner courier company (ACS Courier).
Which courier companies do you work with?
For domestic shipments within Greece, we cooperate with ACS Courier.
For international deliveries, our partner courier is FEDEX.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated in your cart and shown during checkout as follows:
Shipping fee: €4
If there is a sudden increase in market prices between the date you place your order and the date the product is scheduled to be shipped (as previously notified), the customer agrees to pay the updated price without the right to cancel the order.
What changes if I live in a remote area?
If your delivery address is in a remote location, as defined by the courier company, you will need to collect your order from the nearest local courier branch instead of home delivery.
In any case, you or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery address on the expected delivery date. Otherwise, the courier may return the package, possibly with an additional charge, or charge extra if required to reattempt delivery at a later time. Any such additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is the process after I complete my online order?
If you pay by credit card, you’ll receive an automated email with the details and confirmation of your order, along with the items to be shipped.
If you chose bank deposit, the confirmation email also serves as order approval. You will then receive another email and/or SMS with shipping details once your package leaves our facility, so you can track it.
Prices and availability on our website are only confirmed with the official confirmation email, which also activates the contract between us. By placing your order, you acknowledge your obligation to pay Crossoverbrand. You will always pay the price agreed upon at the time of your order, regardless of later price changes.
Once confirmed, your order will proceed through bank deposit verification (if applicable), item collection from the warehouse, shipment preparation, and final dispatch. You’ll receive updates at each stage. If there are any issues, we will notify you by email or phone.
These notifications are automated and essential to the order process. Please ensure you can receive our emails throughout the transaction. If you do not receive them, it is your responsibility to inform us promptly.
How soon will I receive my order?
Your items are delivered as quickly as possible, usually within 5–7 business days, and always within 30 days of your order.
Exceptions apply to items marked “Pre-Order,” “Coming Soon,” or “On Request,” which have separate delivery notifications.
Why might my order be delayed?
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

Severe weather, strikes, or other force majeure events affecting transportation.

Inability to contact you by phone or email if there’s an issue with your order or payment.
What happens if an item is out of stock after I place my order?
If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll call you to let you know when it will be available and proceed accordingly.

What if I notice an error after receiving my order?
If an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 20 calendar days of the date shown on your purchase invoice at 2310334434 so we can check our inventory and order history to resolve the issue.

If the mistake is ours, we will take full responsibility and send you the correct item at no extra charge.

If the error was made while placing your order (e.g., incorrect items in your cart), and you don’t wish to keep them, you may return them at your own shipping cost.
